anywhere near your phone OR Mp3 player or any other electronic device.
It's such a headache especially when you have purchased a weekly pass.

I agree with you and I think that it's a racket. You have to go through this whole rigamarole just to get the money back for an effed up farecard, so you don't even bother. Meanwhile, that's just money they pocket; and who doesn't have cellphones, computers and stuff like that nowadays? They KNOW it'll happen, and unless your REALLY pressed to get your money back, it's free money for them...every day!
