Came Outcha' Face?

Okay, so have you ever been so angry that you totally came out of character?
Haven't we all??? Oh, yes we have. After the dust has settled isn't it the most embarrassing thing ever? Many times I am able to look back and laugh because I cannot believe that I was soo angry and other times I am not really able to laugh becuase, jee it really wasn't funny at all, just plain embarrassing. Wouldn't life be so much easier if we could always stay composed , cool amd calm? BUT THATS NOT LIFE! And when life is getting the best of you and you feel like you are about to put on a show maybe it would be best to just leave the situation if possible, and if it is not physically possible for to leave the situation then chill out mentally and count to ten. I know the next time life is about to make me vogue I am gonna step back from the situation if not physically then mentally and I am going to count to ten and think of three things;
1. Where I want to be
2. Where I am going to be
3. How it isn't worth it to vogue right now, cuz I have worked too hard at my character to put on an embarrassing show and have to live with it later.
