Jk well its not exactly my car its some other guys car who parked it on the street and I happened to walk past it and found it picture worthy, it reminds me of Urkel but it looks like it saves energy so its cool..I guess ..I wonder if it runs on garbage like the Doloreen from Back to the Future lmao its soo small it probably runs on AA batteries lol welp wonder if I will see more of these in the future this vehicle was stamped "experimental"
