So, recently I was contacted via the leiominala hotline A.K.A leiominala@yahoo.com by a reader who was replying to my last weeks Step Into My Office Friday. This person had had a slightly different but equally fake experience with a "good" friend of his. So the story goes these two a guy and a girl are like best friends. They attend a high school in Jersey. Over the summer break the guy named Matthew stays in New York ta da City with family. The girl named Reese resides in New Jersey. Resse and some of her friends decided to come to the city to hang out. Since Reese's best friend Matthew stays in the city every summer they agreed to meet up when she arrived at Penn Station. Resse was supposed to call Jesse when she was leaving Jersey at 6pm so that Matthew would have time to travel and greet her when she arrived. So 6pm comes and Jesse receives no call from Reese. Matthew assumes she is just running a little late. So Jesse decides not to sweat it takes a nap, and when he wakes up it is the wee hours in the morning and realizes he got played. Mind you he and Reese spoke earlier that day and they confirmed that they were gonna meet up. So the next day Matthew receives a call froma mutual friend that he and Reese share and this gurl is blasting him out about why he fronted yesterday when he and Reese were supposed to hang out. This girl heard from FAKE Reese that Resse called Matthew twice and that his phone was shut off. F.Y.I Matthew has a sidekick...I have never heard of someone who owns a sidekick and shuts it off on a Friday evening when they are expecting a call.
Anyways Resse was definitely fronting because Matthew had received no calls from her. Not only did Resse fake on Matthew she tried to play his life and tell the crew she was with that she called him twice and his phone was shut off as if he did not pay his bill. Matthew had no idea why she lied like that but it was out of character for Reese and after all she was his best friend so he quickly forgave her and they rescheduled to hang out again. The second Friday night comes up and Resse is expected in the city again. Matthew waited by his ohone and received no calls. Wamp Wizamp Wamp it turns out that Resse faked again. She never called. Why would Resse reschedule just to fake out a second time?? Why is it that every time Resse comes to the city she makes plans with her so called best friend and then back out???? And why the vicious lies??? The world may never know... will they Reese - unless you decide to step into my office to explain your fake ass!!!
