Uhmm so whatever happened to BET eh? BET has been super slackin on their game. They are always featuring played out movies, shows etc. The only good shows that they have are College Hill and Baldwin Hills, everything else is music videos and syndicated shows that have been played out since the late 90's. 106 and Park used to be tolerable but it is obviously catering towards a younger crowd = Preteens, and the general flow of the show = hosting, comments etc. is very immature. It just doesn't hold many peoples attention anymore. BET needs to step it up because right now it is definitely WACKTASTIC!!!! What was BET thinking HELOOO music videos cannot carry the rep. of an entire network!! MTV and VH1 are mega successful they have a variety of reality shows and real news about current issues. MTV and VH1 are in touch with what people want to see, they make sure that they stay ahead of the curve with fads and what "in". BET sorta seems like they gave up and they are not willing to put effort into creating new interesting ideas. BET would rather run syndicated shows Rather than to actually come up with something new and fresh and fly. BET needs some spice quick fast!! They should probably hire a think tank to come up with some new show ideas to bring back their veiwers that have strayed as a result of boredom.
PSSHH The only the time that people actually watch BET is when the awards are on. lmao
